HCREW Technologies was formed to respond to the growing demand for Information Technology Professionals in an industry crowded by big business and uncaring "IT Providers". Almost everyone reading this will have had some "defining" moment when they thought that their business did not matter. Whether its a company transferring your calls over seas to unhelpful call centers staffed by prompt readers, or a company that refused to refund your money for a product that did not work the way you were lead to believe. That is why HCREW Technologies was formed.

Our adventure began with a very basic realization, most companies say they care but they are really just selling empty statements. Several of our current clients started out as friends that brought computers in for repair, Computers that the other guys said could not be fixed (Geek Squad, is the worst). We were able to not only fix the computers but save our friends hundreds of dollars in unneeded cost. This started out very slow but as word spread other friends, and friends of friends began calling on HCREW for support. It became very evident that people desire support that they can believe in. Not everyone has the understanding it takes to work in the IT industry but if you know the right people IT is a headache you do not have to deal with.
